Every body tells a story.

Revealed through posture, tension, and movement habits.

Your body hasn’t failed.
It has simply organized around your life.

Every injury, every habit, and every recovery has written itself into your structure. If you feel restricted, your body may be working harder than it needs to.

Move from effort to ease.

My work is to help your body rediscover ease, balance, and natural movement.

Through anatomy-informed manual therapy, I work with how your body relates to gravity, movement, and daily stress so it can adapt more efficiently over time.

Structural Integration supports your body’s ability to lengthen what is restricted, activate areas that have become dormant, and restore freedom where movement has been lost.

This work is personalized, responsive, and focused on creating sustainable changes in how you move and feel. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning sessions are paced with attention to consent, nervous system responsiveness, and the body’s adaptive history. The goal is not to override protective patterns, but to understand them and create conditions where change feels stable and sustainable.

Who is this work for?

  • Reset your body, prevent compensation patterns, and prepare for peak performance, feeling stronger and more resilient.

  • If your body feels “stuck” in chronic pain, tightness, or discomfort, and stretching, massage, or traditional therapies haven’t created lasting change, this work helps address the deeper structural patterns behind it.

  • Prepare your body for childbirth and restore functional balance afterward.

  • Scar tissue can disrupt movement patterns long after healing. Focused scar work helps improve mobility, reduce pulling or restriction, and support your body in reintegrating the area as part of a whole.

  • Helps teens develop better alignment, balance, and body awareness during key growth stages.

  • Whether you’re training, performing, or simply wanting to move better day-to-day, explore how much more ease and ability your body is capable of.
